Here are the steps to create new brand voice:

Step 1. Hover over the first message of the thread and click on three dots and click on “save this thread” option.

‍

Step 2. When content saved into thread click on “Go to Doc-E App Home” to directs to the Doc-E home page.

‍

Step 3. Click on the “Saved Thread” button that appears on app home page.

‍

Step 4. click on the Generate button to convert the thread.

‍

Step 5. Here you can choose a Blank name to create a new brand voice and edit the prompt for brand voice according to the name given by you, then you can save the brand voice.
