Here are the steps to convert a conversation thread into a FAQ:

Step 1. Hover over the first message of the thread and click on three dots and click on “save this thread” option.

‍

Step 2. When content saved into thread click on “Go to Doc-E App Home” to directs to the doc-e home page.

‍

Step 3. Click on the “Saved Thread” button that appears on app home page.

‍

Step 4. click on the Generate button to convert the thread.

‍

Step 5. Now, select the FAQ as content type AI prompt in drop down and click on generate button.

‍

‍

Step 6. Now, FAQ content is generated which you can edit, review and post to any channel.
