Here are the steps to use save drafts for support or content:

Step 1. Click on three dots in the discord thread menu, click on shortcut “Draft Answer” to get a support answer.

Step 2. You’ll get two options 1^st as “Edit Content” and 2^nd   “Make a selection” with 4 options:

1. Approve and post directly

2. Send for review, then post

3. Send for review, then save to drafts

4. Save as a draft.

Choose the last option as “Save as a draft”, your answer will be saved as drafts.

Step 3. Type “/doc-e” command and you will get “Drafts” button.

Step 4. Select draft from the dropdown list, and a new pop-up box will open for you to edit as needed and submit.
