Here are the steps to use save draft for support or content:

Step 1. After the answer generated for a question, click on the option of “Save as a draft” and then click on the submit button.

Step 2. Now, your answer is saved in draft which you can see by clicking on the “view post” button of saved draft section which appears on app home page.
