Here are the steps to generate insights in slack bot:

step 1. Click on the settings button of the Doc-E home page.

‍

Step 2. Click on the setup button from "View trends" section.

‍

Step 3. Select the channel and then choose from "Aggregate Insights by Days" or "Aggregate Insights by Conversations" and give number of days or conversation to analyze and then click on "Generate" button.

‍

Step 4. you will get a message that "Doc-E will notify you when leads are ready"

‍

Step 5. you will get a msg with channel name, date and time.

‍

Step 6. Now again go to the "view trends" section and click on "setup" button with the channel name, date and time.

‍

Step 7. Now you'll get the report for insights.
