Here are the steps to create new brand voice:

Step 1. Type “/doc-e” command and we will get settings button. Click on settings button we will find “Content Types” button.

Step 2. We can select new voice in dropdown list as “custom voice 1” or any new voice.

‍

Step 3. We can modify the new voice’s name and content as required for greater accuracy.
